All our custom cakes are made to order and we require five days notice so please plan accordingly. Cupcakes are generally available daily but check ahead to find out which flavours we have.

NY Style cheesecakes are more often sold by the slice but are also available as a whole cake. Hey, we don’t judge. 😏

What types of sweeteners do you use in your baked goods?

We use a variety of natural sweeteners, including organic agave syrup, honey, organic cane sugar, fruit sugar, organic sucanat, and icing sugar. Our icing sugar contains approximately 3% corn starch. We never use artificial sweeteners.

Are your products safe for those with celiac disease?

Yes, absolutely! All our products are prepared in a dedicated gluten-free facility, ensuring a safe environment for individuals with celiac disease and those who need a gluten-free diet.

Why are some items not available daily?

We bake everything in small batches to guarantee quality and freshness, so not all items are available every day. This approach helps us deliver the best flavour and texture in each product.

Do you make your products from scratch?

Yes, we make all our fillings, sauces, pastries, doughs, and batters from scratch to ensure they’re gluten-free. We also source ingredients locally whenever possible and work closely with suppliers to maintain gluten-free standards.

Where is your store located, and what are your hours?

Our store is located at 645 Plains Rd E, Burlington, ON L7T 4J5. We’re open Monday to Saturday from 9:30 am to 6 pm, and we’re closed on Sundays.
